Noel founded Belmore in 2021, building on a career in Business Space Capital Markets that includes advisory roles with JLL and Savills, as well as holding senior positions at a number of niche firms.
He advises a diverse client base including leading UK and international institutions, property companies, private equity firms, developers, and private investors across all sectors with a focus on industrial and logistics.
Originally from Ireland, Noel now lives in South West London. Outside of work, he is passionate about Gaelic football and has a keen interest in farming, cryotherapy, and Guinness. He also enjoys playing a variety of sports to stay active and fit.
Mark joined Belmore in 2025, having previously worked at Frasers Property, where he focused on sourcing investment and development opportunities across the UK industrial, Central London office, and Build to Rent markets. Prior to this, he was part of the industrial investment team at CBRE, advising a broad range of clients on acquisitions, disposals, developments, and joint ventures.
With experience spanning both agency and principal side roles, Mark has a real understanding of investors’ objectives and how to deliver on them. He has developed strong technical skills in deal structuring and cashflow modelling, supporting a results driven, commercial approach.
Mark lives in West London with his young family, which keeps him well occupied outside of work. He also enjoys watching and participating in various sports and likes to keep fit.
Polly joined Belmore in 2024, bringing experience in administrative support, client coordination, and operational management. She plays a key role in keeping the office running efficiently, ensuring day-to-day operations align with the firm’s processes and standards.
Originally from the Cotswolds, Polly now lives in Hackney with her rescue dog, Margo. Outside of work, she’s an avid photographer and has a soft spot for vintage markets and weekend hikes.
Jet joined Belmore Real Estate in early 2025, having previously worked with Lewis Ellis and CBRE in London where she qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
She brings a strong technical and commercial awareness to her role with a number of close investor and agency relationships. Her experience has been focused on the industrial and logistics market having been involved in a range of significant distribution, multi-let estate, and portfolio transactions.
Jet lives between London and the countryside, with horses forming a large part of her life, she holds a point-to-point license and enjoys participating in horse racing, show jumping, eventing, and trail hunting. She practices music, plays golf and is passionate about her dogs.
